The name is 4-in-1, and the listing never says what the four functions are. Four separate benefits are not enumerated anywhere on the page, in the title, the description or the bullets. It is a number in a product name with nothing behind it, and that is worth pointing out rather than guessing at what the four might be.
More importantly, the listing publishes no ingredient information at all. No surfactant, no acid, no fragrance component, no concentration and no pH. That matters here because toilet ring is a mineral and organic deposit usually addressed with acid or with a surfactant and a bleaching agent, and knowing which is in a block tells you whether it is compatible with your bowl and with anything else you use. The printed packaging is the only source.
Note also what the listing does not claim. There is no disinfection claim, no sanitizing claim, no percentage kill and no EPA registration number. Prevention versus removal

Remove the existing ring first with a proper bowl cleaner and a brush, then fit the hanger to keep it from returning.
